Allegro Industries introduces the NEW Allegro Breathing Air Filtration Panel Carts. The 4- and 8-worker systems filter impurities and hydrocarbons from an air compressor to breathable air. To meet OSHA requirements an optional CO monitor is available for continuous monitoring of carbon monoxide levels. The 9874-EFC Panel provides up to 60 CFM (101.94 m3/hr) and weighs 56 lbs. The 59 lb. 9878-EFC Panel provides up to 100 CFM (169.9 m3/hr) while both units are within a 5-125 PSI (0.34-8.62 bar) range.
The rugged Pelican case is mounted on a powder coated steel cart with telescopic handle for ease of storage, maneuvering on the jobsite and shipping. Latches provide protection and security of the case. Additional features: 10” (25.4 cm) pneumatic wheels, all brass plumbing with quick-disconnect Hansen couplers, ¾” (1.9 cm) Chicago style inlet coupling and U-bracket for lifting. The CO Monitor has 115V AC to 9V DC power adapter which allows for continuous power supply. The 9V DC Alkaline battery is the primary source of power or can be used as back-up for AC adapter. The filtration System Pre-Filter offers 2 each 300 CFM with auto drain and flow indicator. The Regulator is a high pressure 0-160 (0-11.03 bar) pressure gauge with an external relief valve.
